Email Questionnaire is an interactive questionnaire system that is e-mail-based. With our innovative WYSIWYG editor, several styles of templates and the questionnaire library, the survey design is easy and quick. You can use your own logo and organization-style template. The mail merge feature combines the questionnaire with user information instead of "Dear customer" form letters. Email Questionnaire version 5 provides you the new send format options: PDF and Flash survey form in addition to MIME encoded message and HTML. PDF format is cross-platform and has good printing support. The ratio of successes to submission can be raised efficiently. The software works by using your existing e-mail system to make on-line surveys available to anyone with an Internet connection. Recipients' replies can be retrieved automatically from a mail server or the existing e-mail client. No reply e-mail opening is required. And the reply e-mail is plain text and size is small.
