EXP Suite 5.3 for iOS

The application has built in capability to store any information recorded while offline, and later sync back to the server. There are parameters presented in menus to the user required to generate these reports. Any observations the user has done can contain an array of results, attachments, and the ability to assign corrective actions to a user based off of an unsafe observation.Action Items is also available as a separate area for the user to manage existing and submit new corrective actions, when applicable.
