Case law - over 200 CJEU judgements. Most of them are regarding direct taxation and a few about state aid and indirect taxation. There is also a designated section concerning the case law on article 110 TFEU and its contents - direct effect, direct and indirect discrimination, objective justifications, similar products and protective effects.
