The judicial e-services of the Ministry of Justice

In the framework of the implementation of major strategic objectives of the Charter of the justice system reform in its part concerning modernizing judicial administration, and in line with the strategic objectives of digital Morocco, and taking into consideration the added value offered by the use of modern technologies to the performance of judicial facility both at the level of effectiveness, or efficiency, or transparency, or improving the quality of judicial services.

And in the framework of the Ministrys objective to upgrade to highest communication levels and interact with citizens and users, and given the maximum importance and the important place taken by the use of smart phone applications in the communication and dissemination of information and its exploitation, the Ministry has prepared an application concerning the electronic judicial services as a new notion which aims to approximate judicial information from citizens and users and to facilitate access to it.

This new informational application offers many technical functions and possibilities that allow taking advantage of a set of judicial services available 24 hours a day and seven days a week, it also allows getting the data instantaneously and according to the latest revisions in different information systems for the Ministry of Justice and Liberties.

The services provided by the Informational application e-justice Mobile:

- Tracking cases service: This service permits to have access to information and the list of actions undertaken in the civil and the injunctive files at the level of first instance courts and appeal courts, and the administrative files at the level of the administrative courts and the administrative courts of appeal, and the commercial files at the level of the commercial courts and the commercial appeal courts.

The service to consider the fate of criminal record requests: this service permits to track the phases of treating criminal record requests that have been deposited via the Internet.

The service to have access to the list of judicial announcements: this service allows browsing the different announcements concerning movable and real estate sales declared at the different courts of the Kingdom without having to move to the courts.

The trade register service: This service permits, on the one hand, knowing the necessary documents for establishing enterprises and the legal references organizing it and, on the other hand, it offers the possibility of research and investigation about the legal existence of the enterprises registered at the trade register, whether it concerns physical or moral persons.

The service of Judicial map: This service permits knowing the competent court to decide on the dispute according to the type of the case on the basis of the local community index, also the application provides information to communicate with different courts of the kingdom, and their geographical position coordinates via smart maps system.
