The picturesque Kilchoman distillery sits nestled amongst the traditional farm buildings of Rockside Farm on the north-west coast of Islay. Sheltered beneath the Cnoc Dubn hills, the distillerys barley fields stretch west to the shores of Machir Bay. Famous as Islays Farm Distillery, Kilchoman is unique, most notably for our 100% Islay range, the islands only single malt produced from barley both grown and malted on site.

Kilchoman is true to the islands rich farm distilling traditions, cutting peat from Islays many ocean-soaked peat bogs, slowly distilling by hand, maturing in traditional dunnage warehouses and bottling on site without colouring or chill-filtration.
