With the invoices-app invoices can be created manually and generated for the number of hours, distance traveled and expenses booked for customers and/or projects. The invoices may be altered and when completed they can be verified and sent. A Pdf document can be created for an invoice using the defined invoice layout. Reports about the invoicing process can be generated. Use the dashboard to provide a high level overview about the invoicing process.

The Invoices-app supports a workflow of creating, verifying and sending. Using this workflow ensures the integrity and quality of your data.
All data like customers, employees, activities and many more are managed using this app.
The following master data is managed:

- Invoice Layouts
Using the Report and the Dashboard Pdfs can be created. These Pdf documents are also shared across all your devices. You can upload your own documents. Every document can be attached to a customer, this way you can for example create a customer file.
The Invoices-app is extremely flexible, you can setup a large number of settings to meet your requirements. For example you can setup:
- the invoice number format and length
- Holiday raise percentage
- Default Rates and prices
- Default tax codes and payment terms
- the layout of your invoice, e.g. fonts and colors
- the image quality to be used
- how much historical information you want to view
- the language the app should run
- the paper size you use
- the used addresses format
- the currency and distance unit (kilometers or miles) is automatically determined using your device local settings
All data is automatically synchronized across all your devices, the number of devices is unlimited.
