What's new in version 2.1
Wow!! We're almost up to 300,000 decisions in a little over a month. I put the counter in because I was curious if anyone was even using the application (and to test how good Apple's random number generator is), so needless to say I was very surprised how quickly the decisions came in. You guys are the best!2.1 Set a default value for the weight field in the complex decision helper Fixed formatting for results in the simple decision helper (I'm still not 100% happy with it, but I'm up to 80% happy). Fixed bugs in complex decision helper. You guys may have noticed that my world counter got a little messed up a couple times for the simple decision helper. I was sort of expecting something like this to go wrong because of the way I am counting. Like I noob I don't want to put a database in place because I'm the developer and I can do whatever I want; I instead opted for a simple text file. You can probably imagine what might go wrong once a hundred people try to modify the same file at the same time. Don't worry, I now use locks on the file so hopefully nothing gets messed up. I plan to switch to a database so I can perform deeper analytics in the near future (number of unique devices being the primary thing I'm interested in now). So keep your eyes out for that. Why aren't you people upgrading to the pro version? Just kidding, you don't have to upgrade. Seriously though, you should. No pressure. I just need to feed my family and whatever but that's cool. Thanks to the 3 people (out of the over 10,000 people who use the app) who have upgraded, that was super cool of you. I'll try to think of more features I can add, but feel free to keep emailing me with features you want to see added.p.s. a bigger update will come soon(ish).
