It facilitates users in their step-by-step creation of petitions and complaints in efficient and timely manner. DITP-registered entrepreneurs can create their petitions on Application: DITP Care, follow up on their existing petitions, and get notified if there is any update on their petition. It also provides a database of knowledge and history of petitions and resolutions for entrepreneurs to learn from in order to reduce their risks of being taken advantage of in the business arena.
