This app was created to give the DHF members better access to services and amenities our members desire and to enhance the overall experience at Denver Health & Fitness.

Once installed and you give the new DHF App access to interact with you in on your phone the new Denver Health & Fitness App can do a great many things. Yes, it will have a barcode and do all of the account management and support things you need. Our members will be able to look up an array of small group training and group fitness class times and reserve your spot in the class and schedule that class in your personal calendar for reminders. You will be able to interact with our personal training department and other staff members, along with purchasing training sessions write from your phone. The app will make it easier for our members to schedule a racquetball court times. We have not forgotten about the nutritional component to your health and fitness program. You will be able select foods from a food library and use them in your food log, and even look up exercises to add them to your exercise log to stimulate your workout regimen. All of the actual data will be synced with the calorie data derived by your phone or watch to give you a complete look at how effective your workouts are.

As you can see the new app will make that perfect companion to allow you to manage all of your health and fitness goals. DHF Official App uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.

Your Health sync data is only visible to you and is not sent to anyone but yourself.
