Crisis Buddy for Android

Your Crisisbuddy tells you what to do when you can`t handle your situation. Crisisbuddy is meant for young adults who have to deal with extreme emotions and who have a hard time finding the correct behaviour in hard situations. The Crisisbuddy can be used under supervision, but this is not mandatory.

This crisis app displays an overview of your skills and exercises you can do to help yourself. You can add exercises and use these to create your own signalising plan, but Crisisbuddy already contains a lot of standard mindfulness exercises.

All the information, such as emotions, tendencies to certain behaviour, skills and contact with your therapist (or other people you trust) are clearly displayed. The app is compatible with Android and IOS platforms, on your tablet and your mobile telephone. You can take it with you anywhere you go!

The Crisisbuddy is part of DGDigitaal. A product that consists of the Crisisbuddy, the Serious Game and instruction videos. And is developed by Jacomijn Jacobs and Rob Reijnen.
