Summary:

Consumer Complaints enables users to search and filter the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's (CFPB) consumer complaint database for consumer complaints by topic, company or location over a period of time. The purpose is to make it easier for US consumers to screen potential financial service providers. Consumers outside the US may find this data useful if a US financial service provider has an international presence.
