Celiveo allows to decommission all Windows print servers overnight, without adding a central server (yes, Celiveo provides serverless printing). The intelligence is distributed to client PCs, without requiring any server, there is not even a Celiveo software running on a central server. With one single virtual Celiveo printer on their desktop, end-users can address all printers they are authorized to use, with proper driver and settings automatically applied, and printer selection from office floor maps. Celiveo Print Direct allows to right-size and monitor printers on your network, control usage accurately, manage and deploy easily printer drivers and settings to Windows PC users, easily from a modern and fast web management console.

Celiveo Print Direct provides the following advanced print fleet management: Replace print servers with smart distributed architecture print management. Print rules control stop job, color, duplex and toner saving to enforce print policy on supported printers. A single Celiveo Virtual Printer is installed on users PC, it allows to address all printers onthe network. End users select the printer to use from a floor map or a preferred printers list. Only local and authorized printers appear based on geotagging or IP address. Applicable vendor driver, settings and rules are automatically applied to the Celiveo Virtual Printer. Print jobs are sent directly to the target printer, card release is available as an option. Printer usage is tracked and available in reports. Celiveo Print-direct supports any network printers from Canon, Dell, Epson, Fuji Xerox, HP, Konica Minolta, Lanier, Lexmark, Ricoh, Samsung, Toshiba, Xerox. Celiveo Print-Direct installs in a few minutes and requires SQL Server Express or SQL Server Enterprise. Licenses are available for users witth more than 10 printers, there is no limit to the number of printers that can be managed by Celiveo.
