CAND Debt Pay is the official app for making criminal debt (special assessment, restitution and fine) and audio recording fees to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. Conveniently make payments for special assessments, restitution, fines, and audio recording fees from anywhere with no additional charge. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards, ACH and PayPal. Credit cards are not accepted for criminal debt payments.
