Despite a relatively small feature set, this breakout clone makes a nice choice as long as your PC can handle it. The goal in Break Ball 2 Gold is the same as in other similar games: you use your ball to break all bricks on the board while collecting various power-ups and bonuses. The 3D graphics are polished and effective, though this means the game won't run properly on a lower-end machine. You can play against the computer or another human, and you can even team up with a friend to make things easier. However, you can't choose to play in windowed mode or reconfigure the controls. Fans of Arkanoid and similar games will enjoy Break Ball 2 Gold, though those without the right equipment should choose a less complex variant.
