Boom was opened in March of 2011 by Mike Greaney with one thing in mind, to develop a gym that had no training rules/barriers, where any fitness level could come and train in a safe and fun environment and to incorporate every training style into one amazing session. Boom possess the ability to train absolute beginners through to casual warriors and all the way up to hardcore athletes with dedication and passion whilst having a great time.
