2. You pick the plan that fits your needs and life. No gym equipment? No problem. Want to learn how to weight-lift or do your first pull-up? Welcome. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we have programs that will fit your #bodygoals.
3. Your plan gets delivered as an in-app weekly checklist.
Every week you have a new checklist of what workouts to do that week, how much you should move, nutrition learnings and motivation. Why spend time thinking about to do when you can spend it DOING?
4. Work out!
Each workout has a clear list of instructions, videos and tips that teach you proper form and timers/checklist so you never have to leave the app to keep track.

Clear workout instructions - each workout has video instruction, exercise tips, clear sets, reps or time
In-App Tracking: Each workout has its own tracking system: check off the reps or start a timer and do everything IN THE APP without ever having to leave

You can access all plans in the app with a 7-day free trial or purchase them monthly, yearly or lifetime access. After the 7-day free trial, payment of your subscription selection will be charged to your iTunes Account upon your confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the period for the same price. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time up until 24-hours before the end of the subscription period in your Account Settings. When you cancel your auto-renewal you will still have access to your content until the end of the payment period.
