The SwiftTec AutoClub System was designed to meet the requirements of a garage which needs to maintain a database of customers and their cars. It has a comprehensive set of features to meet the needs of garages of all sizes. It is easy to setup and operate, making it an ideal choice for a small business running it on a single PC but is expandable to meet the needs of the large organizations. Designed especially for small to medium sized business (up to around 10,000 customers) and has a large number of features as standard. It includes an intuitive easy-to-use interface and optionally integrates with Barcode Scanners, Magnetic Card Reads and Plastic Card printers. It has a report wizard that allows a comprehensive set of reports on customers, loyalty points and other statistics to be produced. The standard customer and vehicle records are comprehensive and allow for user-defined fields, user-defined flags, free notes fields and dated (historical) notes entries. Customer records include full contact details (name, address, phone, mobile, e-mail) and photos. Optional operator passwords for all modules can be used to prevent unauthorized usage. A card designer tool is provided for modifying the design of customer cards.
