Athlete 360 for Android

This application is set up by the National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance (INSEP) as part of the daily monitoring of high-level athletes registered on the ministerial list.

Athlete 360 allows you to create schedules, enter instructions and exercises, and collect training, test and competition data. Data visualization by athletes and coaches is then organized into dashboards from Athlete 360 or its web platform.

Monitoring the data collected offers the possibility of adapting training loads and recovery methods with regard to individual responses to the constraints of the implementation of the sessions.
