App Control Pro will help you lose (or gain) weight by counting calories. Set up your personal profile and weight goal and the app will calculate the amount of calories you need. Then add food items to the calendar until a green check mark appears each day (which means you have the proper amount of calories). Then follow your calendar and you will achieve your weight goal. (The difference between the pro version and regular version is the pro version does not have advertisements and has more food items to chose from.)
