All Tasks is not a typical todo list. It is meant for Employers or Groups that need tasks completed on a regular basis. ie, clean bathrooms, prep food.
All your daily tasks can be added and grouped. Save managerial time and employee time. To record a completed task, simply select the group, the employee name and the task. The employees name will automatically appear to the right of the task name.
Employees will be able to select their name, then the group and the task to have their name automatically added as the task completer.
No more pen and paper, Excel sheets or spending time daily saving and storing paper reports. Reports are rolled over according to a determined schedule and sent as a CSV file to a specified email address for review on task completions by employee or tasks that were not completed.
In the reports section, you can pull down reports for multiple time periods meaning you have historical data at an instants notice.
Great for internal record keeping or external use such as showing cleaning schedules to health agencies.
