Keep track of your Air Canada flown shipments from one place. The app gives you access to real-time cargo information and lets you set notifications you are interested in for your shipments. Refresh the latest shipment details by selecting the Refresh menu option.
Get Cargo status information by email. You can select the cargo status details you wish to receive as they occur. You can also set default notifications which allow you to set the same notifications for all your shipments, and have your cargo status details sent to your mobile device or e-mail in real time.
Get up-to-the minute shipment status information by entering an air waybill number. Please note that our Track Cargo status tool only provides information for shipments on flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express regional partners and Air Canada rouge (domestic, transborder and international).
Find any Air Canada routing by selecting the origin and destination cities. Flight and truck departure and arrival times are provided as well as aircraft type and number of stops.
Search from a list of cargo contact telephone numbers and dial directly from your mobile device.

Personalize your Air Canada experience by setting up your contact, notification and message preferences. This will save you time in searching for cargo shipments, flights and routings from your preferred city, and being able to set up shipment and flight notifications with a single transaction.

You now have the option to set a passcode to protect access to the app itself.
These functions apply when enabled:
CONTACTS: allows contacts you select to receive status notifications.
MAIL: opens your mail application and allows you to compose an email.
PHOTOS: access your camera and photo library when submitting feedback.
NOTIFICATIONS: (push notifications and email/or text message) are used to send you status notification messages such as when the shipment is booked, shipment departed, shipment has been delivered. You can customize these preferences in More > Info & Services > Cargo Notifications
Your device identity log information (phone make/model, device language, operating system and app version) is attached to emails you send us when you report an issue using the app.
