AYP brings daily inspiration through instructional yoga videos, positive quotes, and affirmations from our global yoga community. The AYP organization is about bringing the teachings and practice of yoga to diverse communities of East Africa, while at the same time providing opportunities for members of the global yoga community to participate and contribute. We connect those who want to make a difference by sharing their skills and strengths with those who can benefit from that teaching.This app is an extension of our vision. We intend to share core activities on a weekly basis so you can discover new content from our yoga experts.
