Our agenda in GAK Soft is to develop software solutions for real needs in educational environments, and as it's confirmed in many cases, a decent presentation can enhance students' future. Advantages of storytelling induce researchers to exploit storytelling techniques for presentation and educational purposes. Although the effectiveness of storytelling techniques are proven by researchers, current tools aren't tailored for this convincing approach. The most popular presentation tool is PowerPoint. Using slide-based presentation software together with students' lack of experience deteriorates students' organization skills.

Academic Presenter (AP) enables users to enhance their storytelling skill. Users can switch between two typical presentation trends (Slide and Canvas) based on the level of details; for introducing general topics, they can employ a nonlinear flow and switch to a conventional linear presentation for exhibiting details. Many unique features have been introduced with the infinite canvas such as mind-mapping, flexible whiteboard animation, supporting latex, etc. AP is a professional presentation software that is tailored to meet Academic environments' needs. By using Academic Presenter, users will be able to organize nonlinear topics, so that become enjoying for listeners to follow. Academic Presenter helps users to employ storytelling techniques efficiently in the presentation. AP supports both online and offline presentation. Offline version of Academic Presenter is directly working with graphics card through DirectX API; therefore, it is faster than other products like Prezi that utilize Adobe Flash. However, the online version is using the latest web technologies. Users can upload the prepared project through offline version into the online platform and then present by using web browsers. The presentation on the destination device is possible regardless of the operating system or device type.
