CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
CrossFit Amatak is the first CrossFit in Cambodia.
Started by a group of people who wanted to push themselves further and were getting tired of working out in a parking lot, we raised some funds, recruited an awesome coach and opened our doors in the Summer of 2014.
