With 52C you can just make notes on your iPhone or iPad and all the data is automatically organized and safely stored within a clients profile so that you can easily track progress, efficiently improve workout programs, and additionally motivate your clients.CREATE WORKOUTS & EMAIL THEM TO CLIENTS- use the predefined exercise base and add your own exercises on the run- copy your workouts and assign them to other clients profiles- send the workouts via email or print them outCOLLECT NOTES AND PROGRESS DATASTEP 1: Enter clients name. If it is a new client a new profile will be automatically created.STEP 2: Put in a category (e.g. Weight, BMI, Body fat, Note, Photo, Video). Choose one of the available categories or create your own without limits.
