Hold the iPhone horizontally (with its screen face upwards), and start walking3. The sensors in the device will track the distance you have walked, the angles you have turned, and the altitudes4. You can manipulate the 3D scene use the pin/pan gestures or sliders to get a better viewNote: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
