From DCom Solutions :yKAP uses XML to deliver a Web based bug and defect tracking, issue management, and messaging product. yKAP features include support for unlimited projects, test environments, attachments, exporting data into PDF, RTF, XLS, HTML, and text formats, rule-based e-mail alerts, exhaustive search options, saving searches (public and private), auto-complete for user names, extensive reports, history, custom report styles, exhaustive data and trends analysis, printing, and role-based security.
Apart from pre-defined values, yKAP allows the user to add custom values for system parameters such as status, defect cause, defect type, and priority. Version 2.0 features complete UI redesign, custom fields, role-based constraints, and bulk update. Version 2.40 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: yKAP Issue and Bug Tracking Software 2.40
Pros: Installed in under 2 minutes, very intuitive UI, almost all features I looked for were available.
Cons: did not have an Oracle version
Summary: Very good value for money; Ideal for mid sized teams; almost no start-up time / very intuitive to use.
