The Stichting 3DEE (a foundation) was officialy established in October 1999 by a group of people who put a lot of energy (mostly volunteerly) in the development of virtual worlds and would like to further its causes.Within the foundation knowledge in many areas is abundant like e.g. designing and building virtual environments, creating 3D/2D graphics (visualisation, animation and modelling), designing and building websites and programming in several languages. Besides this the foundation has a lot of experience with developing and coaching online virtual communities.
