Since 1990, SoftCare has developed software to support and simplify everyday tasks in the publishing sector, especially for graphic designers and editors. Today, our software is used by numerous well-known publishing houses for publications like Bloomberg Markets or Focus.

SoftCare has not only developed software, but was also engaged in software localization, consulting, training and integration of editorial solutions for a number of years.

SoftCare recognized the high potential of Adobe InDesign and Adobe InCopy very early on, and is one of the first InDesign plug-in developers. The very first magazine worldwide to be produced with InDesign also used SoftCare's K4 Publishing System right from the start
