Pronto Internet Solutions Corporation is a privately held company located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Founded in 1991, we developed software solutions and provided services to retail grocery stores. Our company holds several patents and has an extensive Intellectual Properties Portfolio. Our founder and many key employees who started this company are with us today. Over the years, we learned a great deal about customer value and the right to privacy. As we began to develop more Internet related services, we were dismayed by the lack of oversight as it related to personal information being collected from the Internet. One of the simplest yet most troubling elements was the use of Internet cookies placed unknowingly on a users PCs solely to track that users movement across the Internet.
