On January 18, 2006 a filing was made for the formation of EntitySpaces, a limited liability company. In February, EntitySpaces, put together a commercial offering for the EntitySpacesTM .NET architecture. Since the initial release, the EntitySpaces architecture has grown to support Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, MySQL, and Oracle. The EntitySpaces .NET architecture can operate as an independent data provider for the popular DotNetNuke Open Source Framework (operating outside of the current DotNetNuke DAL API).
