CalemEAM is a commerical open source provider for enterprise asset management (CMMS/EAM). CalemEAM features an Ajax web client with drag-and-drop customization and a PHP based server. The free open source edition can be used for industrial, facility and IT asset management. Commercial editions are also available to enterprise customers.
