Babylon

Babylon is a provider of single-click information retrieval and translation services. In 1997 the company launched the Babylon translator--a dictionary application that delivers translations and information to the user's desktop in a single click. In 2001 Babylon changed its business model, and began selling its translation software to both personal and business users. Babylon today has leveraged its technology into enterprise information retrieval solutions. Babylon's corporate solutions give users instant access to information from both internal corporate information systems (e.g., ERP and CRM) and external reference sources.
