3B Software is a leading provider of utility software programs across the globe. The company has sold its award-winning products in over 100 countries since launching its operations in 1997. The company's founder, Benjamin Brooks III, CEO, envisioned a lean internet business, offering goods and services beneficial to the consumer at a reasonable price, with no outside ad space sold. The company has accomplished this. During the dot com boom of the 1990s, the company where he was employed struggled to keep up with its competitors due to lack of capital. Mr. Brooks suggested the utility software niche, but the company's owners rejected the idea. Mr. Brooks then moved on to a larger gaming company where he "tinkered with" utility software on the side. He fostered trusting relationships with industry contacts, found great success in marketing the products, and thus 3B Software, Inc. was born.
