We started Soundcrank to try and bring back the complete music experience. One of the things we want to accomplish is giving users access to much of the content that was lost in the transition to digital only formats. We also wanted to provide a way for listeners to make their own contributions to the digital music experience. One of the things we think is vital to the future music is user generated content. That is why we created our iTunes plug-in and Soundcrank.com. Together these two tools allow users to express themselves through their musical preferences.
