Version: pcAudit 6.3
Pros: Shows how easy a trojan can access your computer.
Cons: Keep in mind that this is a Trojan program that you are knowingly running. Working knowledge of a good firewall (Not Zone Alarm) will help you defeat this and similar programs. The only firewalls that I know of that are able to shut this program down are Tiny Ver. 6.5, Agnitum Outpost and Look n Stop. Only one antivirus that I know of (Panda Platinum 2005) will identify and delete it as a potential virus or malware. Overall this is just scareware designed by a company called Internet Security Alliance in hopes that you will buy there product called Pc Internet Patrol which may or may not be a decent firewall. (Havent tried)

Pros: SPYWARE!!! My Norton 2005 picked this up as spyware.
Pcaudit is spyware that tracks keystrokes, IP addresses, and other user information, submitting it to a predetermined server.
