Summary
An OK product but terrible customer service, I'm furious with the way they just haven't bothered to reply despite having used every contact avenue that they have. I paid for it, it worked, I lost it from my computer, but when I tried to get them to send me a link to redownload it they weren't bothered, they would obviously prefer me to give up and purchase it again HOW WRONG THEY ARE!!!!

Well, I have not actually tried using the softwarer itself because I use windows vista, however, I can't help but wander what people would use a piece of software such as this other than to record "adult" cam sessions over msn. Well, that is just a very suttle way of saying that this software is aimed at the sort of people who would get someone they like on webcam, enjoy the show then play it back later for some "further observation". Either that or my mind is just incredibly perverted.
