Login (securely) and view your position by points on Google maps.The system allows your followers to send you email and find out your location (only when you want them to of course)The system uses triple DES encryption (that is good) to transmit locations and the website for viewing is a secure HTTPS website.Communication with the Garmin device takes place using the blackberry Bluetooth. This will NOT drain your battery like the built in GPS. Alsothe built in GPS rarely works around the world but the Garmin GPS 10x is very accurate wherever you are.
