"keep-alive timer" for problematic NAT routers. Some routers will close incoming data channels when no traffic is made thru them. Nikotel4Mac (and Nikotel4Win) will send very small data pakets thru the channel in a periodic manner to keep the channel open. The interval time can be setted up at "Setup/Network" with version 1.93
"Registration timeout" The registration timeout value determines how long your sign-in (your registration at our service) will be valid and after what time it will be renewed (recurring). This is very handy in case when you are often sign-in and out of our service. Then you may setup a short timeout and the registration will not prolong after you have signed-out. On the other hand, when you setup a long registration timeout, then the registration will only be made for example every 60 minutes in case you want to save transfer volume. The default value is set to 60 minutes. Minimum 1 minutes, maximum 240 minutes.
