netcut and netcut-defender 2.1.1 has released , an importent user interface and user friendly changes to allow option to choice following 1. Disable CUT-OFF Tips message window 2. Disable automatic start with the system 3. Changed pop up Message window to a status text on User interface You will notice there is a special button appear the the top right , as well as the Menu at the right corner. please download it at http://www.arcai.com/download-free-100.html Same apply to Netcut-defender 2.1.1 , a new feature to choice not start up with the system has been added I strongly suggest you upgrade to 2.1.1 if you still on 2.0.9 or previous version 2.0.8 , as 2.0.9/2.0.8 can not CUT off some PC under certain conditions!!
