"Disatified with drivers how they work with new GTX 480"
Version: nVidia Graphics Driver (Windows Vista 64-bit / Windows 7 64-bit) 258.96
Pros
they work!
Cons
Not fully optimized for GTX 480 cards yet.
Summary
A a diehard serious gamer that plays extremely demanding games and sims I find the product not tuned right yet. Seems like they haven't gotten serious about supporting GTX 480 yet. But they are an improvement over the non-256 series drivers.

Version: nVidia Graphics Driver (Windows Vista 64-bit / Windows 7 64-bit) 195.62 (11/26/2009)

The two driver downloads that I installed on your site was just what I needed to make my computer run properly.

There is nothing that I don't like about this product.
Summary
I had never even heard of nvidia before a couple days ago when a Dell employee was trying to see why my new computer wasn't working right. All it needed was a couple of your drivers to get my programs working properly. The people at Dell must know that your products are reliable and good. Now I know that too. Keep up the good work!

"Doesn't work for me."
Version: nVidia Graphics Driver (Windows Vista 64-bit / Windows 7 64-bit) 191.07 (10/05/2009)
Pros
- Mmmm... it's free??
Cons
- Doesn't work.
- 121 MB directly to waste bin.
- Time and effor wasted (gone to waste bin too :S )Summary
I've got a HP dv6815nr - Pavilion dv6000 series. I recently installed Windows 7 64 bits. All the devices were correctly recognized, except the video card (and monitor). After downloading 121 MB of drivers (why so much??), the installer rises an error: It can't found any driver compatible driver for my machine (¿¿¿???, so what the h*** am I trying to install???).
I think that been a so heavy file, it could at least provide a kind of scanner for components with a quick link to download the correct one. It's a lot of pain to download gigs of drivers just to find the correct one. -

Bravo to nVidia and their continuous driver updates.
Cons
There are no cons I can think of!

If only ATI was as good with their drivers. I have another computer with an ATI card and their drivers stink. I hope improvement comes soon.
And thanks to download.com for keeping me up to date on numerous items. -
