Version: musikCube 1.0
Pros: Customizable
Has wide range of options
Good tag editing and also good for multiple tag editing
User friendly
Has a good search
Good mini player
Good for making and editing playlist
Watches drives and folders for new music and updates at startup
Cons: Volume is terrible the worst I ever heard in a computer mp3/media player
High memory usage lower than most mediaplayers though, but still sort of high.
Crossfade, I have not found the option to change this yet
Basically if the volume is normal this would be the player of my choice

Version: musikCube 1.0
"A nice, usable, fast package"
Pros: musikCube does what it claims: it delivers a great MP3 player and library management service at half the usual process requirement. It's also clean, intuitive, and easy to use. Heck, it might as well cure cancer.
In my tests on my 750 mhz machine, the program dipped in and out of 5 to 20 percent of my processor, which is a little under 200 mhz (peanuts for most people). Simply put, unless you are really crunched for space and speed, this program will deliver a good, robust experience that doesn't slow down your computer at all. In fact, for gamers or internet browsers who like to have multiple programs running, it's perfect.
It also has a great interface, which doesn't look amazing at first glance. It's a bland program when you first start it up, and it appears that way for a while. But the program really shows it's chops at how well it controls, and how easy it is to select and playlist songs. It's actually like iTunes (but without the suck) making it a great program for even newbies and vets alike.
Cons: The program is definitely in it's 1.0 version: in the last hour I have used it, it crashed several times (hint: don't change songs too fast. Wait a few seconds or pause the one you are on). It's also missing that usual layer of polish that you expect from more of the big name programs, like Winamp. It's also a little bit lacking in the sound department. If you turn on the equalizer the music sounds fine, if not better than some other programs, but on it's own accord music can sound tinny and less than the usual fullness you expect.
But those points are very minor; by and large musikCube succeeds in making a great little program that played your MP3 collection, and does it well.

great and fast music-library
easy to use
Cons: just foobar2000 offers more (gapless playback e.g.) - but needs also a lot more configuration and know-how

Version: musikCube 1.0
Pros: Easily installed/uninstalled
Cons: This player wouldn't do what it was told in the playlists...It's all rather clumsey.

Version: musikCube 1.0
Pros: Very fast library, can easily handle the largest of media libraries. Very light, loads instantly, only uses 1-6mb of memory. Dunno what the CNET review was talking about because search works perfectly. Has plugins, such as last.fm support.
Cons: none really, does exactly what I want it to.
