The roots of LinPlug date back to the beginning of computer music, back in 1985 when the first affordable computers started up. The first work of LinPlug founder, Peter Linsener, was a MIDI-Sequencer written in Z80 assembler for the Sinclair Spectrum computer with whopping 48 kb Memory. After several years of conceptual work and employment with computer music companies, finally in 1999, Peter built the first LinPlug Synth, the grandfather of todays Albino. Today we - thats Chris, Pavol and Peter - do our best to serve you with exceptional instruments and excellent service.LinPlug offers a set of instruments with market leading sound, quality and user friendliness. Features that allow the musician and producer to take creativity to a new level. An ultra modern software architecture allows LinPlug to take the instruments beyond their real world hardware counterparts.
