"Worst ever Version of Mirc"

Simply there is nothing positive for me to add here

Despite Editors 5 star praise for this new version, I am aware of many users who have already replaced this new version and gone back to the older 6.35 issue.
Summary
Even 5000 characters is too little space to fully explain the reasons for my own personal dislike of this current Mirc 7.1 version Product.
The truth is that this new version was never bench tested properly, so many of the features are not working correctly, really this version is a total disgrace and in my personal opinion as a Computer Tec / Analyst and should never have been released with al its many current defects that users have reported to me. -

It lets you chat on IRC networks.
Cons
It isn't an M1A2 Abrams Main Battle Tank, or a jet pack. Furthermore, it doesn't turn lead into gold, and completely fails at producing an elixir of immortality.
Summary
It's mIRC. It's been around forever. You know what it is already, and you know what it does. Maybe next I should review Microsoft Word, or Pac Man, or medieval trebuchets.

Registration(fee) Nag of software that is not as user friendly as other nag free freewares. not as easy to configure do to misleading tagging of fields.

great for on the go but if your just at home and a novice look elsewhere...

it needs better security against floods and hackers and DDoS attacks. Otherwise you better get to be a experienced IRC user if you going to use this
