Firstly has to be security, nice clean cut interface, live technical support, heaps of features, affordable payment options should you wish to subscribe to one of the many levels available, but you can still use inSpeak for FREE if you wish to do so.
Cons
In my personal opinion there are NO con's with this application.

I only ever use inSpeak as my prefered chat software to chat with friends from around the globe, inSpeak has all the features one looks for in a communicator. Awesome audio quality for chatting and playing music in rooms or pm's, high quality video conferencing, large file transferes, heaps of animated emotes to express yourself, winkies for just plain fun, unlimited posting of pictures in rooms and pm's plus all the picture type formats which include, bmp, jpg, animated gifs and png. Lots of built in inSpeak commands, moderated rooms free for all users or if you like you can subscribe to premium rooms and choose one of many different level packages to choose from to have your room listed 24/7 in the groups list, colorful deluxe nicnames subscription level packages to choose from, many different secure payment options, public, tempory and private rooms, private conferencing rooms with two way conversations just like a regualar telephone, you know I can just keep going on about all the features inSpeak has to offer to the end users, why not just go download inSpeak and see for your self... you won't be dissappointed !
