Inspeak installs easily, it has a cool "user friendly" interface that is easy to use and understand with out having to wade through lots of help files, you will be up and running in no time at all, a lot of thought has gone into the developement and creation of InSpeak, so if you are looking for a really good Communicator, Instant Messenger, Chat Software that has lots of features which
includes Text Messenging, Voice Communication, Video Confrencing, File Transferes, all these for both public and private communication, then look no further as InSpeak has it all, I will go
on to say it has 114 different emoticons (smilies), 25 different Winkies (lots more will be added in the future), plus you can post "still or animated" gif pictures into public rooms and send private messages and gif images for both online and offline messaging, Inspeak supports file tranferes if you wish to share files with family or friends, lastly I would like to finish off saying that InSpeak also has LIVE Technical support in different languages in Help lobbies should you need any help with any part of the software, there is a groups list that has many room categories that you can select and then you will see lots of rooms that you can enter if you wish to chat with other users, in addition to that InSpeak allows you to create your own MODERATED room, it also includes Admin tools so you have complete control over the way your room is presented to the public or family and friends.

InSpeak is an excelent communication software, just download and install, then click on the inspeak icon on your desktop and when it connects to there server a login box appears where you can login with your username and password or you can sign up for a new one, InSpeak has many cool features that will keep you entertained for many hours, InSpeak has text, voice,
video, emoticons, winkies and file transferes, you can even create three different types of rooms if you choose, public, private, temporary and permanent moderated rooms. Invite your friends, or new users can join your room if you wish, you can nominate junior or senior admins to help run your room. As a room owner you have admin tools that allow you to take control over how the room is conducted, for instance the room admin can enable or dissable, text, voice or video, you can send private messages, voice, video, file transferes in a private window, but as inspeak has lots of features it will take me too long to discribe them all here, so why not give it a try, it is free, or you can subscribe if you wish, no obligation. InSpeak have live technical support in help rooms in different languages to help you with any issues or if you wish to know how to get around using InSpeak they will explain the interface and usage. There are many rooms under different categories you can join from the groups section, music rooms, meet new friends, love and romance, etc, just to name a few. I highly recommend this software.
I thoroughly enjoy using it.

Pros
Audio: great audio 2nd to none.
Video: needs a little more bitrate but still a great opetion.
Securety: uptill now i havent seen any othere V/C program with better USER secerety.
Emotions: i would say better then MSN and Yahoo.
Help Staff: good ppl in there.wroking and providing great help with audio and video and a bit of firewall problums.

the only thing i think this program lacks is USER's . and a bit more sportice aproch from the management. and the constant upgrading needs to be stoped aswell.

The sound quality is excellent. Same applies to the video. There is much more control for Room admins than other chat programs. What I really like is if you red dot or bounce someone out of a room and they to get back in with another nic. All their nics will be dotted or cant get in. The emoticons are fun and not dull as some other chat programs. Also you can add your own animated gifs as long as they are not larger than 22k in size.
Cons
It is suppose to be a final version but they are forever modifying and testing behind the scenes during live sessions. They go down alot, sometimes for days and they go down without any warning was so ever. So you can be enjoying a very good converstion with someone and then all of a sudden you are gone (zero warning) then cant get back for hours or days. If you have any questions including about advertising don't send an email as you will grow very old waiting for a reply. The help personal are great but always refer to the problems as glitches or maintenance. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with cam, audio problems and all the other features of Inspeak. Some need to work on their people skills however. They have another room called users helping users but it needs to be monitored by some qualified Inspeak help personel. This room can get out of hand sometimes and I fell that if I needed help I would rather go into the Inspeak help room instead of going to users helping users. My advice to those who are thinking of buying a package is to wait until all the bugs are ironed out. The pay version has the same staying online time as the free version.
