  "Virus total says WATCH OUT!"

  Pros

  I have a previous version that works very well.

  Cons

  In this version, VirusTotal returns a virus rating of 9/42 meaning 9 viruses where found by 42 of the most popular virus applications.

  Don't download from CNET! CRAPWARE confirmed. If you download from http://www.metageek.net/products/inssider/download/, VirusTotal says no viruses found.

  "Great tool for surveying"

  Version: inSSIDer 2.1.5.1393

  Pros

  Quickly shows me the info I need to survey a client site. Runs on my Win7 tablet (Lenovo X201). Works fairly well with touch.

  Cons

  Hopefully they will get it to work better with a touch screen.
  I would like the ability to name/snapshot readings.
  
  Note!! although not the fault of this software/program: be careful when installing from CNET as the defaults will try to install cr*pware.

  Summary

  It is one of my "must haves" on my laptop/tablet.
