"Premium Version is Great!"

Pros
Tracks everything and is very user friendly. Takes little time to create reports and customize to your liking. Everything is self explanatory and easy for new employees to adapt to. Tracks everything we need, and entering new data is a breeze. Allows you to change field names on just about everything to help match your current personal inventory vocabulary/vernacular which helps limit mistakes. Allows for transparency with product movement through multiple user mode. Also, you can create new fields so you can add new fields to track if the program doesn't offer it already. Finally, if you have a problem tech support responds quickly to resolve any issues.
Cons
Few minor bugs which are taken care of through updates.
Summary
We enjoy this program. It's quick and easy. We have fully customized it to match our needs. The ease of report creating is what we like most about the program. Through this we can see our seasonal demands and get our employees the information they need.

Inflow delivers a cost-effective Inventory Management Software for people who are willing to take on a Do-It-Yourself approach, instead of relying on expensive consultants marketing other software.
Their responsive and awesome technical support delivered by an online forum gave me confidence in trying out back in 2011.
Over the 2 years, Inflow has performed several updates that improved functionality, and existing users get to enjoy them with no extra charge - says something about what they believe in..
Today, we have 9 users running on Inflow and loving it!Cons
If I had to point out a con ... it'll be the lack of integration with an accounting software, compared to an ERP suite or a comprehensive accounting software that includes inventory.

"BRILLIANT PRODUCT THE BEST"

Downloaded this product today and purchased the full edition straight away. If your looking for a simple straight forward product that does what it says this is it look no further. We as a company have tried many different inventory products from ABC inventory to using quickbooks both programmes do not come close to this one. It is an absolute credit to its developers and creators. Cant wait to use more of the facilities inflow has to offer.
Cons
Honestly the biggest CON about this is the amount of time i have wasted on other inferior products trying to make out they are anything like this programme.

so in summary, please do not waste your time with other software if your looking for an inventory programme that's easy to use look no further.

Pros
I downloaded the free version a few days ago and have been playing around in it to see how easily it could be used by a non-English mother tongue user. Now have the Regular Edition. It seems very intuitive using clear English, well designed icons and familiar keystrokes. My staff in Bangladesh will now work with the free version for a while and I'll upgrade it later in the year.
Cons
Not found any yet in these few days but will update if necessary.
Summary
Thank you for a very clear and intuitive user experience. There are many small businesses in developing countries I'll recommend it to.

"The best software I found so far"

Pros
Comparing 3 softwares and found out this one is the best. It is quite surprising since I did not expect the free software to be this good. The linkage of inventory with Sales and Purchase is wonderful. The basic setting is very easy and it is easy to understand the logic as well. So far it is the best I found for small business. I am trying the 30-day trial now.
Cons
The custom documents (custom Sales Order, custom Invoice, etc) are difficult to create. I even tried to just copy (without changes) from the template and upload again as my custom document but it fails (error when I try to print preview from Sales Order). Should provide easier way to do it since the existing template does not fill my requirement.
Summary
Excellent and easy to use software with a little custom documents improvement needed.
