Great width of choice for templates. Easy to learn. Love the mouse pointer conversion to whatever item is being inserted on the labe.
Cons
Purchased this after researching on CNET. Downloaded trial, decided to buy, program crashed 3 times within the first 20 minutes. Sent 3 urgent requests to techs for help. 6 hours pass, no response. If I can't use it, $40 was thrown out the window.
Summary
It is disappointing that a company lauds itself repeatedly with high customer testimonials, and then simply does not stand up to its word. I bought the product assuming I would be able to quickly complete an important project. My system meets all outlined requirements. I tried to troubleshoot it myself, using their posted suggestions. After repeated requests for assistance, with NO response, I will have no choice but to uninstall the program and dispute the charge with PayPal. Because of poor service response, they have lost a good customer and gained a poor review on CNET. Sad, when it would have been so simple to respond promptly.
