"Overhyped Apple Marketing Again"
Pros
Great Search Engine, Nice playlist management
Cons
Doesn't play nice with other software at least on Windows machines. Takes over your CD/DVD programming - clashes with other data only burning software and complains if you over-ride it's ownership. Limited data formats - Apple claims it's the record companies demands for DRM - BS it serves them just as well to limit downloads to iPOD only. (I have an iPOD, but my kids don't so one of us gets screwed). Licensing on iTunes store - basically they can take back ownership anytime they want and leave you with nothing - that's their DRM for you. I think my complains are less about the software and more about how the software manages their profits and limits your rights to music you've purchased and refusal to integrate to non-Apple i-devices. Gimme a break.
